Is there out there a way to review what something leased for? There are tools/sites etc for for Sold or Rented for Residential but seems from quick lookup nothing about what something leased for? All that Real Commercial returns is pretty useless - i.e a query for a suburb just says...

Guess this is why asked the question - reviewed a contact today that wanted to: - spend buyers deposit toward stamp duty on vendors next purchase - whack on fees for forfeiting - waive all illegal extensions etc etc that were all in vendor's favour

What sort of strategy would people suggest in a sellers market - i.e such as in Sydney at the moment - property gets released mid week, then may go under contract after first inspection a few days later. Doesn't allow much time for contract review....
