Basically the whole shebang when deciding on a good purchase.. just want to see what ppl think about these 2 suburbs if they are going to choose where to get an IP. Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Actually no other debt.. that's why I estimated that we can put in $6k additional monthly repayment on the PPOR. I'm hoping to purchase the next IP about 1.5-2yrs from now.
I'll go for Option A; I think more people look for more bedrooms. And you can renovate it next time when you have the cash but if it's a 1 bedroom unit you can't add another bedroom right? ;)
