    anyone unhappy with loans.com.au?

Interesting reading. Yes I do understand the valuations are done by external independent companies. Though, in reading internet reviews of loans.com.au, one common theme amongst unhappy customers was a lower valuation than expected when the valuation came through. This of course is beyond the...

    anyone unhappy with loans.com.au?

Thanks for the reply. Well I set up two loans with iMortgage over the past 12 months which is a low rates mortgage manager but I figured I'd give loans.com Au a go for another IP as they are offering very good rates However I did see that valuations with loans.com can come in lower than...

    self employed financials query

hi, looking at borrowing $1.4m (80% of LVR) soon and am self employed. In speaking to some lenders, some are happy to to accept my 2012 + 2013 tax returns (since I don't submit my 2014 tax return to my accountant until February 2015), whereas some lenders want my 2014 tax return. Any ideas why...

    Nab negotiate rate

Hi Mick, do these loans you negotiated have annual fees?

    Current Home Loan interest rates

yes, if rate is a concern, iMortgage through their "Fusion" Advantedge / homeloans.com.au (NAB owned) product are willing to offer 4.49% SVR, no offset (redraw only), but annual fee of $330. If you want no annual fee then it's 4.59%

Tax deductibility on redraws for IP?

Hi, I'm looking at a new loan for a PPOR If I take out an I/O $100k loan using my PPOR as security to buy my PPOR...then I pay back that 100k, so the loan balance becomes zero, then if I redraw this 100k to buy an IP, are the interest repayments from now on, tax deductible (since balance on...

    cheapest variable rate at present?

An update: anyway I asked iMortgage if they will do a better rate than 4.69% .... And they agreed on 4.59% variable (I/o for 10 years) ... Makes me wonder how low they can go So its no setup fees, no valuation fees, no annual fees, internet access, discharge fee of $300, and financier owned...

    Financing deposits

So loan B - if the financier is different to loan C then they don't require any evidence of where the money is going? How's that different to "cash out"? Do they just take your word for it that its going to be used for IP (from different lender). Or it just makes lender B happy that they can...

    Financing deposits

If the new loan against the ppor is then being used as a deposit for the new IP will the financier then cross collateralise the properties? Will they want to do their own valuation on the IP? Will they want to see the contract of the new IP?

    cheapest variable rate at present?

Thanks. I'll keep this in mind. The iMortgage fusion product is from Advantedge which i understand is owned by the NAB but buyer beware I guess.

    cheapest variable rate at present?

The media reports there is lots of competition out there for home loans, so many lenders are discounting...what type of interest rate does this translate to? I refinanced recently with imortgage at 4.69% (680k "cash out"...80% LVR) and looking at refinancing an unencumbered property (another...
