I went with a friend whom does mortgage brokering on the side.. I trust him alot and he's helped a few other of my friends.. I would go by word of mouth. Maybe check recommendations in the search from this forum for someone with good feedback?

I've heard back from the REA. Vendor has agreed to 45 days settlement verbally but couldn't get anything in writing since REA insists on legal stuff done by solicitors side. Shot off email to my Solicitor telling them where the issue standards and asked them to arrange on their side...
