Thank you so much for you quick response. The unit actually had 2 offers during the first 3 weeks and had a lot of interest .. it was priced to sell quickly. It's a really nice unit, and it's unfortunate we have to sell it. We recarpeted, repainted it and it's in a great location blah blah...
