Hi AcesOnly, I have my property managed by Just Rent Sydney. They are very good - reliable, regular comunication, great tenant selection and my rents are always in line with the market. They are in next door in Annandale and definately do service Balmain. Give them a go.

Clumping bamboo is the only bamboo that should ever be planted. Invasive bamboos are never really 'contained'. they have an incredible knack for escaping.
