    So, any suburbs in Rockhampton which are better to stay away from? Looking at properties the the centre, their returns are an average 2% to 5%, nothing to crow about. That can be achieved on the Gold Coast or Cairns. Those 8 - 10% do not show up on the websites with Rockhampton houses...
