guess you are right. however if we are comparing apples to apples...meaning buyers only wants new houses for example, then all new houses would be similar pricing because of the cost of manufacturing.

the thing with rising prices is, if the cost to build goes up, don't you just pass the cost to the buyer in the end? so end price of houses go up. inflation. or is it not as simple as that?
