We've had ours in u k for a few yrs but have never claimed depreciation. I guess its too late now for us to start claiming now? Never had a depreciation report done.

I thought there was an oversupply of houses for rent in Ballarat. I've seen a couple of posts from people talking about vacancies and having to drop rents. I haven't checked it out myself.

What were you looking for in that price range, what was your spec? What feedback did the BA's you contacted give you? In my experience they'll tell you what you can expect to buy, or not in your price range.

Well, you mentioned the word "girls" which is obviously a great source of excitement for some on this forum who are now working themselves into an absolute frenzy trying to think of any vaguely amusing (or not) comment that their brains can muster that involves "girls". Not sure if there's any...

Have you had a meeting/Skype with your accountant to review your return? If you're anything like me then you'll be paying your accountant a lot of money, so ask them, is there anything else in my scenario that I could be claiming? They will know your circumstances better than anyone on here...

Like neeko's pooches our Cookie is a rare breed, she's a " Carnarvon special" c/o Carnarvon pound. Also known as Saint Cookie, she's barely put a paw wrong in three and a half years with us.

We don't have expensive tastes, not into expensive suburbs and restaurants etc so needing to be a tight *** was never an issue. Always worked and had enough for a nice home, cars, holidays etc. Nothing flash, just very comfortable. Now rental income has replaced a working wage I've changed...

I've got one and agree they're the most amazing animals. Again, if you want a dog why go to a puppy farm/breeder for a designer dog when these guys are clearly the best?
