    Planning Permit Application bfr Settlement

I just sold my house in NSW (cooling off period ends next week) and the purchaser has asked me to sign DA forms. Is there financial risk for me in signing these forms?

Any Advice you can give on NSW Tribunal?

THat's correct. I rang Integral and they said they couldn't send me anything because of privacy laws... Can anyone advise? I have a suspicion that they're doing this, but no proof. PM me if you want the name of the agency. It's in the Parramatta area of Sydney.

Any Advice you can give on NSW Tribunal?

Can anyone help? I instructed my property manager to give the tenants 60 days notice to vacate the property and canceled the management agency agreement. The tenants left 3 weeks ago (29th of October) and the pm has told me that all the rent (about 7 weeks outstanding) and water usage has...

    Replacing bad property manager

My pm's service has been awful. My property is 4 months into a 6 month lease. How should I go about replacing this pm? Should tell him to get the tenants to leave? This is my first IP so any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Predicting interest rates...

Take a look at the 3 year fixed rates of lenders. They're based on market predictions for future cash rates. Most are offering fixed rates above the current variable rate, implying that based on current information rates will be higher in 3 years time.

House Prices doubling every 7 to 10 years

If population and household sizes remain constant then house prices will, on average, rise in line with wages. However, with population increasing and household sizes decreasing it is logical that prices will rise more than wages. Wages increase by about 4% p.a. If prices increase by 3% above...

Signs of recovery in property market

Some good news - let's hope it lasts... http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,25197,24723428-601,00.html Many parts of Western Sydney are still down 10-15% since 2003. Add inflation and they're down 25-30% in real terms. I think '09 will be a great time to buy in Sydney (assuming there...

    Re-setting house alarm

The property I purchased settled yesterday. When I went to the house the alarm code wouldn't work. The real estate agent came out and couldn't get it to work either. The vendor has not left an instruction manual. What do you think I should do?

    Urgent help needed!!!

I withdrew the offer. The agent called me again today and told me the owner will consider another offer in writing. The original offer was $386K. Generally speaking, if I offered $8-10k less, would that be enough to compensate? Or should I be looking to knock more off the price?

    Urgent help needed!!!

Thanks for your help. The rear of the property is diagonal and 18m long but the frontage is only 15m. They described it as a "glorious wide 18m frontage". I doubt that this could be an honest mistake! I think I'll call to withdraw my offer.

    Urgent help needed!!!

I made an offer on a property yesterday. The advertisement said that the property had an 18m frontage. The real estate agent emailed me a copy of the contract and I realised that it in fact had only 15.2m frontage (RP Data confirmed this). Will this have much of an effect on the value of the...
