I use professionals in wodonga they are quite good. If the property is in Wodonga its best to use PM in Wodonga , I did start off with one in Albury but it was just a nightmare from day one as they where in another state etc and seemed like such a hassle for them to go over to wodonga etc...

I would say vinyl its easy to clean and being in cairns its so humid that carpet would probably get smelly after a while.
