    Does anyone know anything about whether they are phasing out the first home owner grant? I have heard they are getting rid of it in New south Wales. Does anyone know about any other states?

    Don't use Walshe Whitelock I can not stress enough now bad of a business Walshe Whitelock is. The people there have a proven track record of neglect and they are a terrible company to deal with. Avoid them at all costs!

    Hi there, Does anyone know what the average for property management fees would be for a small block of flats in Victoria? Nothing special about the property so no maintenance would be needed.
