    Anyone have any thoughts or comments on Moranbah. Huge yields and from what I understand riding the wave of the mining boom. However the latest edition of API mag lists it in its top 100 suburbs/towns and suggests it has more going for it than mining. The mag suggests (from memory) 20%CG expected

    What is it with neighbours who are overly possive of the car space directly outside their houses? We have 2 separate renters. One the next door neighbour, who whenever anyone parks outside his house is always trying to find out who it is, so he can move them on in order to park his own car...

    Frustrating but I guess it did cut down on wear and tear when the tenants vacated early.:) Did you you find more wear and tear than you would expect or compared to when they were unfurnished? ( one of the reasons I thought it might be better to look at the "executive" end of the market)
