I would have to strongly disagree, Albion has some shocking residents, the zone 1 train is a postive but other than that, is a shocker of a suburb and today is well overpriced IMHO, Ardeer has about zero going for it, there is nothing their not to mention the estate is built on a former battery...

essondon airport will not go residential anytime soon, (next 10+ years) the fox's own the airport and have just relocated head office. with such a substantial investment i dont see them selling up anytime soon.

Re: Deer Park I live in one of the suburbs next to deer park, and think its a great place to buy, the surrounding suburbs like sunshine have risen by a fair amount over the last few years, i think there is more potential in units then houses but thats just me. As someone said the only problem...
