Female Bogans Doing Their Thing - Shocking, Distressing, Worrying

Why do you keep refering to this unrelated matter. You were wrong with what you posted when you started this thread. Can't you admit you were wrongly critical of police in this instance.

Female Bogans Doing Their Thing - Shocking, Distressing, Worrying

What's that got to do with this instance. You and Sash both slagged off about the police attitude and handling of a matter where it is obvious that you have little knowledge of the law and policies pertaining to the matter. You then try to deflect attention from your ignorance by bringing up...

Still think the police were disgraceful in their handling of this matter Sash.

Female Bogans Doing Their Thing - Shocking, Distressing, Worrying

Because it is the law. For a successful prosecution you need a complaint from the victim. From the below response it would appear police are willing to investigate. However with no complaint why would police expend resources on investigating this. Acting chief superintendent Des Lacy said...

We're building towards a home construction boom

When's that recession hitting us Hobo? How about starting a new 'we are going to be in a recession soon' thread.

Commercial Real Estate Apocalypse in 2011-2012

Hobo-jo To say it has played out like you predicted is just not true. Brisbane, the worst performer being down around 12% hasn't even had those falls

Commercial Real Estate Apocalypse in 2011-2012

Hobo-jo From what you have told us I think you have done reasonably well with your strategy. Would it be fair to say that residential house prices haven't falllen as dramatically as you expected. However your precious metal investments may have outperformed. I personally think having a...

Commercial Real Estate Apocalypse in 2011-2012

Maybe now would be a good time to compare notes with Dazz as to how your respective investments have fared in the two years since you posted this.

Westpac MD Gail Kelly says compound growth in house prices are over for good!

Might happen sooner than that. Note what has been happening with New Zealand house prices in response to interest rates being lowered and staying low.

Is Australia facing the first recession in 20 years?

I was going by this statement. I may have been mistaken about when it was stated as it appears to have been deleted. There were a stack of deletions by a mod earlier in this thread.

Is Australia facing the first recession in 20 years?

Turk I agree with what you are saying. I don't know whether Australia will be in recession in the near future or not. As you say a lot depends on China I asked the question of Hobo-jo because he didn't seem as keen to state that he was positive that we were going to have a recession whereas a...

Is Australia facing the first recession in 20 years?

Hobo-jo You don't seem very keen to answer this question. Are you not so sure now that Australian will experience a recession in the near future.

Not absolute proof but it looks to me that we have a mid 50s male saying he can't afford to retire for at least 10 years. Would be earning over 100k and was well over 50% LVR on his home. All from a person constantly harping about personal debt levels.
