    Hi, did an inspection on a single story unit which is a part of three units in a non gated place. Since there is no body corp, I wonder who would pay for -any maintenance of common area like the drive way fensing etc. -if the cost is to be spit between unit owners, what if the other guys...

    good idea... specially if you plan to put a pool on top of the pipes etc. The council will have a restriction on that.. not sure what the technical word for it that they use.

    QLD - Making an offer!

    Just reviving an old thread.. One of the agents asked me to put the offer via email. Is it a legal offer and binding if the vendor accepts it ? Should I put the usual subject to finance/pest/building etc ? Any other special conditions I should put in as well ?

    About time I should contribute to this forum... :D I always make sure I am watching the body language of the REA when asking questions like " What brings the property to the market ?"

    Went to look at the property today. The owner had some renovation guys doing up the place by putting new tiles in. They had already painted the walls etc. I threw in the price of 180K to 190K and the REA wasent keen at all. I dont think we will get a call back.. lets see.. There are always...
