    just sold an ip in cairns in january this year all i could get was $115,000 in a quick sale now in september i have just settled the sale for $155,000 maybe i could have got more if i waited - maybe not - will never know.

    If you are thinking of fixing your interest rate for 5 years; have a look at fixing for 7 or 10 years as the rate is only slightly higher, only .6% at westpac.
