Looking for a buyers agent - Brisbane

Fair enough but that needs to be communicated to new customers. I was one of those potential customers who got the ball rolling with you but then never had calls or emails responded to.Very frustrating and time wasting. A simple 'currently not accepting new customers' would suffice.

Looking for a buyers agent - Brisbane

I find it strange that this guy constantly gets recommended by service providers on here but if you do site search on him he consistently gets criticized by his customers or potential customers...

Whats the highest % of income you accepted ?

This has disaster written all over it, not because of the % spent on rent but because a teenager and an adult are living in a studio apartment together. Will become unbearable after a few months of living in each others pocket.

Using BA in a hot market...

Sort of. Monique Sasson was in that business for a long time but my understanding is she has left and it is now owned and managed by Richard Wakelin and Paul Nugent.

    Melbourne to run more

Melbourne's median is almost $300k below Sydney - $914k to $638k. In 2010 I think they were almost even at around $505k and $525k respectively, there's a lot of catch up to be done IMO.

Using BA in a hot market...

I used a BA for my latest purchase, the main reason was because I needed a property within 5 weeks and I didn't have the time to look myself. But I was very happy with the process, they purchased a fantastic property before it went to market.

    Neighbour abuse and defamation

How bazzar. Surely BC should step in when someone is getting abused in a meeting!

What do you consider a casual "walking distance"?

Happy to walk 1.5km round trip for a loaf of bread, coffee, etc.

    Avoiding Stamp Duty on transfer

Hi all, I own a business with my father and we are looking at buying our premises. Problem is I am in debt up to my eye balls in IP's but in 12-24 months I should be ok. What I want to do is have my father buy the property now and then I buy/takeover 50% of the property from him once I've paid...
