Fair enough but that needs to be communicated to new customers. I was one of those potential customers who got the ball rolling with you but then never had calls or emails responded to.Very frustrating and time wasting. A simple 'currently not accepting new customers' would suffice.
I find it strange that this guy constantly gets recommended by service providers on here but if you do site search on him he consistently gets criticized by his customers or potential customers...

Melbourne's median is almost $300k below Sydney - $914k to $638k. In 2010 I think they were almost even at around $505k and $525k respectively, there's a lot of catch up to be done IMO.
