Yeah i definatetly see the sense in this approach! But what happens with buying investment properties with this approach? Do you use the cash in offset for deposit and costs of IV 1, then let the offset grow and buy further IV's using LOC from growth in IV 1 for Iv 2 and so on? Just not sure...
