    NSW Central Coast market struggling

Ideo, interesting what we, as individuals, tolerate. In my earlier married days (30 years ago) I commuted from Springwood for 6-7 years. Was a good place to live (spent most of the commute playing 500). "Hideous" life might be a tad strong ! Much prefer to bring up the kids in Springwood than an...

    Solar stuff

Yes, charlieandkath, am thinking, not installing solar power for a return on investment, rather a minimising of ongoing expenses. So from that point of view, if we find the up front cost ok then I think we will go for it anyway. Will ease future cost of living pressures. Yes we do have natural...

    Solar stuff

Cheers O A am certainly thinking if solar elec strains the budget too much now, I would be making sure the builder does all he could to make the place solar friendly for future installation. I understand gas is in the street so imagine a bottle is not applicable. Will be using it for...

    Solar stuff

Many thanks O A . That is pretty much as I thought. as you kindly offered ! : -As Nat gas is cheaper than elec.it seems sensible to go with it for the hot water system? -From a funding point of view I'm thinking provide for the Solar hot water system first then if funds permit include Solar...

    Demolition of a fibro cottage

A Removal Co. I have spoken with did not have any concerns ! I asked about the fibro and the only problem could be the receiving local govt. area, who may not allow, if it was proposed moving it to a built up residential area. If it was going to a hobby farm for example they recon would not be...
