    I just had a play with this [self promotion URL deleted] It's a great way to see how much you can save from a small difference to your interest rate or repayments. It's encouraged me to up my monthly payments.. I never knew how much I'd save :) Hope you find it useful too.

    Is Fixed safer than Variable?
