    Mine recommended getting both as well. In the end, it's only $52.60 for the caveat in VIC. Not sure if it's another $52.60 to remove the caveat when the title is finally transferred to your name, after settlement.

    No, it's on a quiet street next to golf course and very well presented. Lower end of agents estimated range is same as highest price achieved on this estate in the past 12 months. Top end of their estimated range is 9% higher than that.

    Hi All, I have a pre-approval from CBA for a 97% (LMI capitalised) loan on a $900K purchase price. When I looked at the Genworth website I noticed that their max loan amount for insurance is $750K at 95% LTV. Presumably this must mean that CBA have a higher max loan amount with their DUA...
