    follow my thinking,( I am aware of GCT and stamp duty ) 1.Can my husband sell his investment residential property to me ? or 2. Can he sell it to my company ? or 3.Can he sell it to my unit trust ? and 4. Can our SMSF invest in the company or unit trust ?

    I'm interest in other's experience. Have you found less trouble, or more advantage when exchanging, with eg 10 % cash (own money, not banks ) or 5 % your, or 5% yours + 5 % banks ???
