It is a fail on so many levels. It doesn't take anywhere useful. The stops are in the middle of nowhere. Doesn't have opal. Then again, trains, buses peak hour are just as bad.. .. cant win. time to work more from home...

Hi Ltd, I was gonna post something similar... have my smsf finance in place and ready to go shopping. Targeting lower hunter and inner newcastle. More on the cashflow side with of cuz good potential of capital growth for the long term. Probably priced out for new houses in those locations now...

Marrickville South would be the nicer side of Marrickville, like depreciator mentioned there are a few unit ghettos on the other sides of Marrickville which would require a little more research. Ah, those were the days rolf.. At least there are still some greek standing eateries after so...

Hey Depreciator, Agree. I live in Summer Hill and can also chose from Ashfield or Summer Hill to catch a train from, not to mention the number of bus services available around these areas also. And light rail, bring it on! Been long awaited for. Spoilt for choice indeed. John.
