Just got off the phone with Westpac. They also matched ANZ discount of 1% and offered me 6.86% which I accepted. It is 0.06 higher than ANZ but I wont have to pay any exit fees and change bank accounts. Thankyou so much for your help :)

Do you think I should try and get both my loans down to the same rate? Arn't IP rates generally higher than PPOR loans?
