Hi, I am considering buying a duplex but am having trouble tracking them down. Some agents list them on realestate.com.au as units, other just class them as a 4 bedroom house. Can anyone assist with a way to narrow them down?

Have a look at Keperra. 10km out. An up and coming suburb that has two train stations and is at a significant discount to it's neighbour (Mitchelton). You should be able to get something around that price. Joe
