    Thanks guys, It's all the calls and the nagging and the winging lol... They want to inspect every week, fair enough. It sucks but what can I do beside buy the place... The gardens were practially dead when we moved in, as were the laws and they kicked up a stink about it all still being dead...

    Hi, I'm living in a rental atm which the vendor is selling and the Re is going nuts with open houses, hastling us about gardening, complaining we are home at the inspections etc etc...... I'm not sure what they are entitled to but it seems they are taking it too far.

    I did just think that.... There are some ways I could work this in my favour. eg suppose the vendor was willing to settle on a price if I were to re-new the lease for another 6months. This would give me more time to save funds to get the LVR down and save me some LMI.. But that could be wishful...

    Any idea on Bendigo, vic? seems to be high demand for rentals atm. I'm looking at buying the town house I'm currently renting but origionally intended to save for a little longer and buy in melbourn. Tho it seems thats a hard market to get into without paying more than ips are worth.
