Apperciate the concern... Yes we have access to most of the groups detailed financials (wont say how.. but it wasnt supplied by the group...and had our accountant look through and give us his opinion)... and are satsified with it.

The 350 is to pump money into a company (buying 50% share into a comapny ) which will buy into 2 franchises businesses... The inital 350 will setup one franchise.. and then once setup that will be security for the other franchise to setup and operate..
