What sort of amount do you set for LL insurance? We are about to purchase first IP and I have no idea about this. Do you also take out building insurance?

Waiting to hear back from the agent regarding this, but sitting here doing nothing so i thought if i could get an idea i could be doing some figures! The property is in VIC, $319k and is about 6-8 weeks off completion. Any estimates I can play with?

Would love some feedback on which of these areas you would consider better for investment long term growth wise?
