I was paying 9.3% plus GST on one property. Have negotiated down to 8% plus GST on two properties with Druitt First National. Mind you rents have gone down so make a few dollars in one hand take away a few dollars with the other.

When I did security in South America you could buy wrought iron grills, they looked great, very artistic designs which added to the house. Never seen those over here, you would probably need to go to a blacksmith to get anything similar and probable cost an arm and leg. Lacasa
