I did update my thread (the one mentioned by Dazz on page 1: http://www.somersoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52940 ), but only a few months later.
Tomorrow we try to return to court to retrieve the bond and rent.
Ok scrap the advice about new tenants, just been reading other threads that suggest 2 weeks before Christmas to second week in January are dead but otherwise summer is chaotic.

Neighbours told me they just use the stuff, chuck it out and then order a new lot of clothes/furniture/toys from a charity. There were 4 lounge suites around that I could see and count.
Found a letter on the kitchen counter saying the 14 yr old was due to appear in court yesterday. They should just have a standing weekly hearing with the family.
