    Hi, I have a PPOR with a loan of $420K and an offset account against that with $420K in it. All income (wages, rent etc.) goes into the offset. At the end of the money I transfer all extra funds to my crossed IP offset account. I am looking at investment properties now in the $400K range...

    Too old for IPs I just refinanced with ME Bank for a 30 year loan at 64 on IPs not PPOR LE

    Am I dead yet? OMG, I wished I had of known that, I must stop doing those 5kms in the mornings and buying IPs at age 64. I was going to implement Peastman's philosophy of selling an IP every 2 or 3 years, I might as well chuck it in and lay down with a nice cup of tea and a biscuit.. LS
