    how would you claim depreciation on something you dont have a receipt for. either way, if you decide to do cash make sure you workout a payment plan with him. i would also suggest getting other builders to quote you. this guys already sounds dodgy

    Where to start?

    i got a double garage and laundry demolished and removed from our backyard. amazing how quickly it got done. left for work in the morning and came back with nothing in my backyard. cost was $3k to get it done.
