Hi I have owned a block for about 18 months and have just sold it. As part of cost base to calculate the CGT do I include the Interest charged on the loan for the block over the last 18 month period. Thanks

No its a brand new spec home. From what I can tell I have priced it spot on. There just seems to be a lull in the market. Five houses down the street theres one for $550K, so for $399K I believe it would be a great investment. Everything done. Just want to move onto next project.:D
