Thanks. Yes that is the property at 199-200 Princess Highway. CG in this area is what I am worried. Only Govt incentive that makes this property interesting to be positive cash flow for 10 years.

Thanks for your response. The property is on Princess Highway. As NRAS property, they gaurantee 10- year rent with CPI adjustment. I have checked the price. It seems to be on the higher side compared to others.
