hi all, a friend of mine is looking to buy a house and land package in rouse hill,sydney. i think its the new development occuring there. he is treating it as an investment. can anyone give us their opinions as to capital growth prospects and rental returns in this area? thanks

hi all, id like some advice on 2 potential properties i was looking at buying investment industrial unit in narangba. the price is approx $400k with a return of 7.5% nett.the building is brand new so would have good depreciation? i have a couple of questions for people who know the area or...

i look to buy and hold but id like to get a place with some good cg and yield. am also looking to be qiute aggressive so am thinking of purchasing about 3 properties.possibly near cabolture area. just dont want to do it and find out ive goota hold for the next ten years before i see any gains
