Did you sign a contract with him? If so, there may be a clause locking you in for a period.

I have recently given my PM notice, and will be managing my IP's my self (The wife is actually). I've asked for all tenant contact details, and have agreed on the date i will take over. Is there anything else I should be asking the PM for? Do I need to send a letter to the tenants...
