    Which shares to buy now!

Yup, love doing research on small caps as well and own a few of them, not overweighting on them though. Rodimus, from your list, I could only see MNM's further upside potential, may be FML as well. Btw, do you care to give me your analysis on MAK? I know nothing about rock phospates and...

Excellent year for share market this year. Which shares do you guys still hold or thinking of buying? Tips please... I prefer to invest on fundamentals, with the likes of SSM & AJA.

    Brisbane

Mal P, have a look at Chermside, around 9 kms from the CBD at the North side. It is the upcoming mini CBD. Prices have not been moving much but transaction number is quickly improving, a buy signal in my opinion.

High level of moisture in sub-floor

Hi battler, Yes I think it can drain the water away from the building but probably not enough when the rain is too heavy. I can't confirm this yet as it wasn't raining when everytime I visited my IP. Do you know the labour cost to widen the drainage?

High level of moisture in sub-floor

Have installed one before? How much did it cost you? My subfloor area is roughly 110 sqm. and doctordamp quoted 150sqm for $6100. Btw, would it affect if I install the sub-floor ventilation before I fix the drainage? Downpipes and gutters have all been replaced with new and bigger ones...

Hi everyone, I wish to ask for opinions regarding this. My IP is in Brisbane and the building is brick veneer with timber flooring. Lots of moisture have been found in the sub-floor of my IP which has caused lots of problems such as termites, timber floor popping out and moulds inside the...

    BHP cancels offer for RIO

FMG's debt/equity ration is 389%. BHP should wait till FMG is crying out for credit. Or of course it won't happen if metal prices recover in the short term... Cheers

    Which shares to buy now!

Hehe thanks mate. Yeah I am more towards yield currently, looking to put more in banks. What do you think of IPL (Australia's largest fertiliser supplier)? The P/E is fairly good and the yield is excellent (11%) with 100% franking. The price has dropped 70% or so from the peak. Although their...
