    Opinions on Liverpool NSW

I would say 'private schools' could potentially buy westfield as huge developments in NSW private schools looks like a 7 star hotel for students.

    Opinions on Liverpool NSW

Still liverpool houses are not that expensive compared to western suburbs around 450K mark you will be able to get a decent block. I agree what used to be 250K units are around 300K now. But I still feel liverpool has got lot of growth left in this cycle, even I am looking for my next IP. Good...

    15% to 20% increase - Sydney

Even though i have got some properties in sydney, recent run and the future predictions makes me deeply worried. I hope the predictions dont come true, otherwise we might have a hard landing like early 2000's. 18 months of growth in early 2000 equates to 10 years of no growth. Lots of overseas...

wave of new apartments being developed in sydney

It always about location. Now a days people prefer everything within walking distance including work, shopping, entertainment etc. As china's post mentioned chatswood with mega complex has grown is because of 'location'. If you can get an apartment with 8/10 go for it, because its too difficult...

Brisbane Property Prices next 12 months

Thanks Trippy for being the only pessimistic or super cautious. Even myself voted for limited growth. Was just thinking, why everyone in Oz is super optimistic. Yes, you may be correct with how fast china is slowing, manipulated data from china, 99% sure to be hard-landing. Can Oz survive...

    Campbelltown or lakemba

Why not Liverpool, which is similar price to lakemba & campbelltown and even nearer than campbelltown. As sydney west is going crazy at the moment, south west should be the best choice for good deals.

    West Sydney

Good that no one said west of tasman sea or south pacific ocean :) I think somewhere closer to west of sydney olympic park, not sure about exact boundary because even newington is mentioned as "inner west"

Doonside - which streets are bad?

Dave, that particular real estate agent is always selling properties above market value. Have tried with them for more than 18 months, all their properties listing at-least ~30K more and some properties are not even selling for months and that too in hot hotter hottest western sydney suburbs...

IP - The beaches or Pyrmont?

Northern beaches at the moment compared to pyrmont, as some areas in northern beaches are good value for investment.

    Baulkham hills - comments

I agree to the above comments, hills district is one of the overrated (speculative) area for the last 5 years, as if north west rail link is open to transport. Not good from investment perspective. Silverwater, dundas, north parramatta, ermington, rydalmere are close to lot of business corridors...
