Hi Michael, Thanks for sharing. I am wondering if you have hit your land tax wall in Brisbane? If so, are you setting up 1 trust per property or risking having 2 per property? (assuming they're houses with big land component?)

Big fan of the properties he's purchased for himself not a fan of his advising/"buyer's agent" business...anyone in that position would be keeping the cream for themselves and still don't agree with him charging $10k+ for what really is not a proper buyer's agent service IMO I have noticed...
