MyRate at 8.78% comparison rate (8.74% if 600K or more) with NO INGOING fees (except solicitors, plus $220 for first val. or someting) and - the attractive bit - 1% DEF in year 1, reducing .20% annually. No ONGONG FEES either. Any better you know of?

That's so weird. So teh advertised comparison rate is less than what you're charged? I only ask because I'm in the process of refinancing to MyRate, which - I think - have a similar model to PMG. God!

I have three loans with RAMS, with a LVR of about 60% on $950,000 of valuations. About nine months ago I think, something hapened (I obviously wasn't on the ball at the time) and all my loand are now with RHG? I can hardly get hold of my 'friendly' RAMS manager anymore (never could anyway)...
