I dont have a property or live in Horsham, but have been tracking advertisements and driving around the area, it may be just coincidence but just appears to be more bargains there than 6months ago. It just may be people are being more realistic in the asking prices.

In Victoria you have 3months to pay stamp duty but most conveyancers want you to pay it at settlement. I dont know if you can get the title until you pay stamp duty, When i settled my property, i went to the SRO payed the stamp duty and they stamped the forms, which you then take to the land...
