What is the timeframe? I have read the ATO website and it doesn't seem to state a duration.

I currently live in my PPOR. I want to buy a land and build a new PPOR on that land and then rent out my current PPOR. If I move into the newly erected PPOR and sell it all within 1 year (say after 3 months). Will I be up for CGT?

Agree Lizzie - our first subdivision was a learning experience but the 2nd and 3rd were much easier.

I have to agree with Shahin. I was initially looking at units in St Leonards and not thinking about the strata which was $1,200 per quarter! We ended up buying a house 3 years ago in Casula for $290k which has had great capital growth but it is now renting for $450 per week.
