I know you already have a house in Frankston, but I'm selling off an investment property (modern, spacious 2 bedder in small group of only 4 stand-alone villa's/units) that I'm willing to undersell, because of wanting to up-grade our PPOR, and need the sale ASAP.
Bank recently valued it at...
Frankston Bayside shopping centre has no period of free parking - 2 or 3 hours free, then charge, would be the obvious and sensible way to go.
Everyone I've spoken to avoids the place unless absolutely necessary to go there.
Greed, combined with utmost stupidity abounds in this world.
Bank Valuation figure - Reality typically higher or lower upon sale?
I understand every situation is different and this is a generalisation, but looking for some feedback on what your experiences with bank valuations, in relation to what your property actually sells for.
In my experience...
I see from your time of posting, and the consequent rubbish that you've posted, that maybe you've had far too much new year cheer and have really lost your way.:eek::rolleyes:
WOW!! You've GOT to be kidding???
All the best to you (sincerely), and hope that path your on, somehow...
The majority of my work is done via Email or text messaging without ever needing to speak over the phone - that's the way of the world nowadays.
These real estate agencies who don't supply the basic details just annoy the hell out of me. Why make the process so difficult when it doesn't have...
I inspected what should/could have been a lovely, double-story 2 year old townhouse just recently, where the tenant complained of the heat.
The tenant had this place shrouded in darkness - no windows or doors open - curtains and blinds shut tightly - no air movement at all - very...
We've bought many/most of our properties on $500 - 1000 deposit, here in Melbourne and in Qld.
Also have used Deposit Bonds on a few occasions with no problem, when no other choice was available.
Just settled within a month ago on $500 deposit here in Melbourne.
My thoughts: "You don't...
I agree with all that's been said denegrating the 'new' Real Estate.com.au site.
I too, find it beyond bloody awful and a pain in the @#%^ to use.
It used to be sooooo much better and faster.
And what's with the 'search within a price range', and every other price other then what you...
Had lunch with a friend in Brisbane last week who is principle of a RE agency in Sunnybank.
He told me that for the last 12 months the market has been declining and he thinks will continue to do so for the next too.
There's been a slight flurry of buyers getting in before the stupid stamp...
Yes, beyond any doubt in my mind, the Frankston market is VERY dead ATM.
I would LOVE to know the agencies you have been dealing with if possible, and also the address of your property if you want to tell me.
We are on the edge of buying a cheap investment property whilst it's a buyers...
Jenman agencies typically don't advertise addresses, yet I've recently noticed a local one beginning to do so.
In relation to R/E agencies photo's, I get frustrated at listings which claim to have a great view, then when you look , there's not one photo of ANY view, let alone a great one...
Our first renovator in Melbourne (which we also lived in), was in Karingal.
We did very well out of this property yet wouldn't ever live there again. Like many suburbs, there's one or two very small pockets which are better but largely a bit ordinary to say the least IMO.
Marylands area...
