The broker said if I want I can start with 3 years IO and then later extend it. I think I will go for 5 years IO. Apart from the IO loan term do you see any other issues. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. This loan structure was suggested to me by a mortgage broker. I am planning to keep my ppor as permanent residence. I guess since I am planning to pay off my ppor in 3 years time thats why the broker suggested 3 year IO. But I will check with him. What would suggest...
