    Not necessary, Median price is a a tricky one, it is basicaly the price of the middle one of all sales, not much it can tell you the price movement. The average (or mean) of all sales will tell you the true story. I rather rely on my own research than the newspaper;)

    Council valuations are based on statistical method, which means more accure for a urban property than a rural property, because rural property is with large land holding and much less sold data available. There should be more flatruated discount on rural property price, right?

    RP data on Realestate.com confussed I doubt that the figure on the web are TRUE!!! While other properties are selling in 500ks in an eastern adelaide suburb, there are figure of 61k and 81k of two 4br house deal in May, it just not real. Or might i miss something there? Please help me out...
