thanks for all of the suggestions I bought some tile and laminate paint and gave it a go(FIRST primed ) and it has turned out great much better than before. Thanks a lot everyone Bought 3 bed in lithgow flat out renovating it.

After weeks of searching i have finally bought!! YEpeee Now the kitchen is looking a little drab planning a repaint and ripping up lino on the floor. I was thinking about painting the cupboards they are laminated and have I no experience with painting laminated cupboards..has anyone here...

Looking up to 220k. Its a cash investment for cashflow during retirement(Which is imenent) Would be happy to reno Kitchen,Bathroom,paint etc... I just couldnt see the future demand in wellington to invest my funds there,perhaps if i were younger and could tolerate the risk.

Thank-you for the advice party people!! Went to Wellington,i just couldnt see enough industry/future prospects for me to invest there. On the way back stopped off in Lithgow(Currently investigating)!
