    Melb buyers agent recommendation ppor

I'm after recommendations for a friendly and sympathetic buyers agent to help my mum buy a unit in mid-ring or inner Melbourne (north or east) after a late life marital break-down. Recommendations?

    roof plumber perth

Does anyone have a roof plumber in Perth to recommend? The guy I just spoke to couldn't take a look at our leak for three weeks! Location is Northbridge.

PMs - lift your game on adverts!

I've been searching for a rental home for my retired mother, and have been blown away by how poor some of the ads are. I really shouldn't have to call the PM to find out which floor the apartment is on, and whether there is a lift or not. It would be great to have pictures of the inside, not...

Not sure on your location but you may wish to object to Vincent's current proposal to change R80 blocks into R60.

    Tenant sues for dead goldfish

This post is a red herring - the tenants got nothing for the dead fish, but $4K for the faulty air conditioning and lack of advertised Foxtel.

    North Melbourne. Thoughts?

Also check out West Melbourne - in North Melb, lots of good flats, but be aware of where the big housing commission flats/towers are and try not to be directly opposite or too close.

    Bagging a house

I'd keep the walls not bag them, try to make the windows look more contemporary by getting rid of the curvy bit and extend the outside area to the wall. I woud try to grow something in front of/on the street side of the wall.

Someone to get rid of ivy - Perth

I'm looking for someone to pull a whole heap of ivy out of my PPOR garden in Highgate Perth, chop the trunks and then put some sort of treatment on them so they don't grow any new shoots. Not too fussed if the roots stay in the ground as long as the plant is good and dead. Any recommendations?
