another sydney newbie wanting to be spoon fed.
There are heaps of thread on here plz look
Would be nice if we didn't have new Adelaide or Brisbane threads on here every second day created by sydneysiders too lazy to look or research themselves.....
Townsville has been flat for the past 7-8 years.
Brisbane, Gold and Sunshine Coast all did well over past 12-18 mths. Cairns did quite well last 12 months with quite a few suburbs getting 8-12% growth.
When will this ripple over to Townsville ?
That is a good buy - area is good around there and you cannot buy any cheaper than that.
The Agent Max De Boo is an absolute clown, he gets all his listings from over pricing properties then sells them at a much cheaper price - in fact i don't think he has EVER sold a property at or near the...
90% of the messes on here not doing searches about Brisbane are from Sydney. No surprise, when it comes to a lack of common sense, Sydneysiders are the clear leaders....
10 Brisbane threads is conservative, you could easily double or triple that number
Andrew Biszczak owner of Open Door real estate is one of the biggest gimps going. I would NEVER EVER buy a house from them. You can see its been overpriced - it is now reduced down to 290k. What was the original price that clown marked it at ?
Quoted RP data median price is around $250-255k, I think that is a little bit low to what an actual property is worth.
It depends what street you are on ?
My 3 properties got valued at $290k 12 mths ago, I would say they are just slightly better than the average house & location in that...
Cairns has hot a nice little boost the past 12 months with the oz dollar falling. (just saw an article cairns as a whole had 7% growth) Some of the more popular suburbs got 10-12% growth.
I expect Townsville to get that ripple effect (also from brisbane should flow over)
