Yes I think you are right and we definitely intend to get inspections done. I am amazed that people go to an auction and buy without the reports... I also know that if we ever auctioned a property then we would get the inspections done and have them available to anyone. THanks, Shona

It would be a fair walk - maybe 30-40 mins - so probably not what you would advertise as a walking distance. House 2 is only about 15 mins to the uni (walking). Same uni by the way, in case you are not sure about the areas. Thanks!
